Interview
5 month interview process. They check driving record, financial position, drug test. You go through a series of interviews with managers from around the company. They are big on the consultative sales process, so youll be asked to do a role play with a manager to see how you interact with clients.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
For the role play, they give you a fact set. You mock-interview a client based on the fact set.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TIAA (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2016
Interview
Role play - be prepared to ask questions for 20 minutes without getting into any money questions. If you know FORM questions, it will be most helpful. Family, Occupation, Recreation, and Money (try to stay away from money in the role play though)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TIAA (Phoenix, AZ) in Sep 2015
Interview
very disjointed process.... Human Resources and management are rarely on the same page... long process with often poor or no communication throughout. I went thru about 5 interviews the 1st time and 4 the second time. The interview questions although not the easiest were fair if you were applying for a 100% sales position. There seems to be little resemblance to the actual job description which has a big focus on Client relationship building as well.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TIAA (Princeton, NJ) in May 2013
Interview
way to long and drawn out. this company thinks they know everything yet they are clueless. you ahve to talk to mutiple people and they have to come to consensus to bring you in to company.
