Generally it depends on the time of year. They want people with some Sales experience (I had 15 years previous experience in Banking sales), During Medicare Annual Enrollment Period I think they will hire you if you have a pulse. Some people hired were questionable for that. They are looking for stories, rapport, how do you sound, empathy and other things that make people interesting.

it's a easy process then you have to go to a week training pass the insurance test then start another week of training once your actually job begins then a month process of answering phones before you really start
It was a mass hiring event starting in about June where I waited about 1.5 hours before an interview in a room with the other potential candidates. The actual interview was very basic with nothing about me as a person.

Interview
Consisted of two phone interviews. One with recruiter and the other with hiring manager. Once selected I was enrolled into a pre license course and it was paid for. Including getting my insurance license.
