Interview
Started the interview process with a recruiter and spent 30 minutes discussing my background and was asked several questions relating to the job description. That went well and I was scheduled with hiring directors.
Hiring directors interviewed me afterwards and focused on intricate details of past projects as well as asking me about several subjects not in job description. Its fair to say I was caught off guard. Be prepared for any type of question.

After explaining my background and answering two questions, one of the hiring managers told me that I was not a good fit, but rather than end the interview, wanted me to justify otherwise. I attempted to do this until the end of our timeslot. Interesting approach.
