There's nothing more degrading than a one-way interview, "talking" to an AI that cannot answer any questions. Might as well just set up a few fields in a form upon application.
Companies who hire agencies that use AI for screening should think twice; a lot of us put these firms on the never contact again list. The position may not be a scam, but the candidate experience definitely puts us off of contacting them ever again.
