Tanium Finance interview questions

The interview process is quite long due to them focusing on if you are a good 'fit' at Tanium. There are both technical and behavioral interviews. Some candidates are interviewed by the Founder at the end of the process.

When the Recruiter first called, they were nice and eager to get me to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was done and it went well. Didn't hear anything back for a week and I emailed the Recruiter to let me know what the status was. A simple Yes or a No, then i can move on. I had good conversations with the Recruiter so it felt like I would get a simple response. But no, nothing. Once they knew I wasn't the right fit, they leave you hanging. Gives Recruiters a comparison to a sleazy salesperson. They talk to you as if they care but they don't. It's all fake. They just want the "sale". And if not, you are no one.
