Applied online April 16, got a call from the Dir of Talent Acquisition the week after, then 30 min call with the hiring manager that same week on Friday, and then onsite to speak with the individuals on the team, the first week of May. After that, a 30 min video call with the CAO the Friday after.
The Dir of TA kept me abreast the entire time and called to check in every week. But with the holidays creeping up in between there were a few lulls but she still tried her best to update me. Alas by the 15th of June I was informed they offered somebody else the role, but I am appreciative they didn't leave me wondering and made sure I was informed. The interview process was very pleasant and everyone was very welcoming.
