This included a technical skills review and presentation to all engineers. Even after rising through these interviews which was lengthy, unless you say the right things to the CEO/CTO as a final interview, they will not offer you a position. This last phase is done over the phone, so you have no idea if your responses are hitting the mark. Tanium in my opinion, believes that all employees' should assimilate themselves. Even though they preach openness and a flat structured non-ego driven environment, I felt the arrogance at the highest level of the business meant that unless you pay homage during the interview you would be considered a threat.
