Multiple phone interviews before being asked to come on site. I showed up 15 minutes early and was rewarded with a 35 minute wait before anyone came to talk to me. Behavioral based questions asked in two different groups, with a 20 minute wait in between sessions. Managers interrupted me when I was speaking and seemed disinterested at times. Some patronizing and rude remarks made by interviewers. After the interview was completed, I was sent back to conference room for another 15 minute wait, just so someone could walk me to the exit. I think they are more interested in finding a “Yes” man who tells good stories, than someone who takes action and delivers results. A few days later, I received a call from the recruiter to inform me that I was not getting an offer, and because of “company policy” she could not provide any feedback as to why. Why even call me then? Very rude, arrogant and patronizing. It’s probably a blessing to me that I was not granted an offer. I would not want to work for a company who treats candidates this way. What a terrible experience. I will never spend a dime at Target.
