Call from HR. Scheduled interview with Hiring manager, then VP and face to face interview with Sr. VP. They call you in for the face to face interview and usual process of waiting for the VP or Sr. VP to be free to take your interview. You should have lunch or heavy breakfast for the interview before going in.

Question 1
Experience and what you bring at the table. Why you would be an advantage for TCL?
First interview was with the HR where basic questions were asked such as KPIs in the current company, current CTC, expected CTC, willingness to relocate.
Second round was with Area Sales Manager who I would report to if I got the job. The questions was majorly around understanding of TCL's offering and a few situational questions.
Third round is a presentation round. Two case studies beforehand were provided, I chose one myself and gave a presentation on it. Questions were asked based on that.
Last round is with the Region head. It is mostly a grilling session.

Interview Process is average. 1st round of interview was more technical and 2nd round was more of process oriented. HR round was hassle free. Since there was budget available, there are no negotiations
