Interview
Interview would be easy when you are fresher. Most important topics are Optical related, what is SMF, MMF and it's uses. Then Basics of networking, L2 and L3 protocol. If you are strong in some protocol they will ask in that. Moreover they will see you decor and how you present yourselves.
GD will be conducted if you are fresher. To check ur level of communication and group participation.
For experience candidate, it will be more related to your skillset and resume based interviews.

Interview process was very good. They invite you via mail . Start the process at exact time . Length of interview depend upon the interviewer . Ask you multiple question and never stuck at 1 question if you don't know the answer .
