Interview
Hr called me regarding the open position as Jr.cutomer service executive.I had a self intro with HR, then starts the process.The first round is all about technical questions regarding communication, telecommunication etc..,I got selected.Then the second round has both technical and non-technical questions, which was pretty easy than the first round. After 2 weeks I got a call from the HR about my job confirmation.
