Tavant interview questions

The interviewer was highly unprofessional, frequently interrupting my responses instead of allowing me to complete them. While occasional interjections are understandable, this behavior was consistent throughout the interview. Additionally, when I lacked experience in a particular area, they responded with condescending remarks like, "What have you been doing till now?" and "With your experience, you shouldn’t be at your current level." Furthermore, they asked me to spell out the names of all the companies I had worked for and manually noted them down, which felt unnecessary and unstructured. Despite expecting me to turn on my camera, they didn’t extend the same courtesy, keeping theirs off throughout the interview. Overall, the experience gave me the impression of a very toxic work environment, and I would not recommend this organization.
