Tavant Teradata Developer interview questions

There were 2 technical rounds, questions were good and standard. The interviewer was very good and humble. After clearing these two rounds, the 3rd round was managerial round. After two days I got a mail from HR that I have cleared all the round, kindly share your documents we will release the offer. HR had couple of calls with me for the salary negotiation and everything went well. She said, she will have a word the management and then revert back but for next 4 5 days I didn't hear from her. I called her twice , but she doesn't answer, I wrote a formal mail and then got to know the position have got on hold. It is literally wasting time and expectations of a candidate. Hoping for a positive response from them.
