3 calls. First was on the phone with HR which was very straightforward, then you get a chance to meet the commercial director before one with your potential teammates

Asked about what I know about native advertising and questions about why I wanted to do the internship
3+ rounds of online interviews. Takes about a month. One assignment with about 2 hrs time needed. Hard and soft skills evaluation, as well as general fit assessment. Nice and relaxed conversations with employees.

Interview
Applied online and got a phone interview with HR a few days afterwards. Phone interview went well and I was asked to schedule an onsite interview, where I spoke with two different interviewers separately. Onsite interview lasted for about an hour. I was emailed a simple project to work on shortly afterwards that took around an hour.
