Interview was pretty straight forward. Every interview is pretty unique- one of the ladies and I had a lot in common, so we talked about eating healthy, running, etc. Asked about questions- they love goal oriented people. Just be very personable. Offered me a sales job over barista.

Where would you like to see yourself in 5-10 years?
Went on one on one interview. That went super well, then I went into a group interview. did not get call back. The group interview was done literally outside in the mall with the general public which I found to be strange.

really simple. they called me back after about a week. It was a group interview in the food court. The manager was really nice and asked us interesting questions. It wasn't that hard, and lasted about 15 minutes. You get a free drink when you wait!

Interview
Got a call to come in for an interview a few days after applying online. It was a group interview with the store manager where we all went around answering questions about our experience and interest in the company. It was professional, but piercings and tattoos do not need to be taken our or covered considering they fit the company's image.
