Teavana Sales Associate/Teaologist interview questions

You go to the store and usually they will think you are person selling tea and try to sell to you After you inform them you are there for the interview they will take you outside, in my case , and sit down with you. They will have your application and begin asking you questions of sale goals, what you do in your days, etc. Just be yourself.

I submitted my application online and a couple of weeks later I got called in for an interview. When I went in everyone was really nice and they made me a cup of tea to have while on the interview which was nice. I then sat with the manager and he asked me about myself, why I wanted to work at Teavana, and what I would like to be doing in 5 years. The interview was overall really nice.
