It was a group interview. There were about 7 or 8, including myself. The interview began with the manager making us tea and then she started asking the questions. It was pretty straightforward, though it did take a long time due to how many people were being interviewed at once. The interview took place inside the store, before store hours. It was very important to pay attention, because later on in the interview we were asked to name facts about the tea we were drinking. We were also asked what we knew about the company so definitely do your homework if you want to impress the manager. After the questioning process, we were each given ten minutes on the sample cart, where our goal was to try and get people to come over and get samples. Overall, it was a pretty decent interview. I would recommend wearing nice clothes, black jeans or dress pants is a good idea, and a nice shirt. Business - casual.
