Interview
First, I was given a phone screening with a recruiter who was super helpful, gave me suggestions for my resume, and told me I was a potential fit for several positions. Then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, which ended up going way over the allotted time in a strange but nice way. We ended up having a long discussion about testing philosophy and we ended with some "you know it or you don't" questions related to the job. Finally, I had a phone interview with a team member just to see if our working styles meshed. I should note I was interviewing for a remote position, so the entire process happened over the phone. Each interviewer gave me immediate feedback (awesome!) and I was contacted with an offer a few hours after my last interview.

Interview
3 rounds of phone screens---tech recruiter, then two levels of technical screens. Basic technical questions and character questions. Not too difficult, but took forever for scheduling. Had to constantly email back and forth with recruiter to get scheduled. Everything is done over the phone. Some of the team members were from other countries. First phone screen was not technical. Second two were technical and involved basic QA and scripting knowledge.
