Interview
The overall interview process was generally well-organised and smooth. Communication was timely, and the interviewers were professional throughout.
However, I found the feedback provided to be quite vague and not particularly actionable, which made it difficult to understand where I could improve.
Additionally, for an Associate position listed as requiring 0–3 years of experience, the expectations during the interview seemed unusually high. There was an assumption that candidates should already possess an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the role, which felt a bit misaligned with the stated experience level.
