it was ok, very generic questions but you’ll be able to do it just fine. about teamwork and other sorts of things like that. it was very chill but lack of transparency after
It wasn't the best experience and very unprofessional during the interview. But I get the family vibes of being there and teamwork. Can't deny how good it was after. I can't add any more things that it was a new experience.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Tesco (Maidstone, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
Absolutely disgraceful. They expect life story out of you. Its like going in for English exam asking every single detail about yourself and the company. The manager what interviewed me didn't seemed bothered why invite me to a interview if your clearly not bothered about my answers. If anyone see this review and does have a interview with tesco please be prepared to give them your life story or expect to say everything in detail and you must be clear about your detail. I don't recommended applying for tesco especially if they want your life story about you. I really do like tesco and would love to work for them but now it put me right off. Its a shame really. I thought tesco would be a friendly working environment but clearly the management is not good and don't care.
