telephone interview first, went througha paragraph and then got a call back a week later, a couple of questions, 121 interviews, lady showed me around the call centre, met a few teams, really nice people, interview was simple.

Interview
Group activity followed by a 1-2-1 interview. During the group activity you are presented with a case study which you are supposed to solve as a group. There are no right or wrong answers, aim is to see how you work in a team. The 1-2-1 interview is basically them trying to get to know you and see what you are able to bring to the table and if you are 'customer service type'.

Interview
I was approached for a 2 stage Interview:
Telephone interview with the recruiter and Face to Face interview with the Hiring Manager. The Face to Face interview went over time and took almost 2 hours, which was great as the questions and conversation was relevant. The hiring manager did not rush the interview or drive for time.
