I would say the process was fairly. You need to pass the online assessment which is not that hard and followed by telephone interview. You will asked to come to induction day if you pass the telephone interview
Basic questions regarding retail and customer service type of questions. Also about myself and career aspirations then ended up watching a video about the company and also did a trial shift
