Interview
Short and sweet interview, quite relaxed. Felt more like a chat, but still stay professional.
Asked about customer service, availability, strengths and weaknesses.
Also asked about examples of good customer service and how well I can work as part of a team and independently.
Applied online, got a call a few days later and was offered the job on the spot. Got acceptance email that afternoon.
