The interview was fairly relaxed. It was one round of questions, in person with the store manager. They asked for previous experience and behavioural questions, as well as just generally getting to know you.

Describe a time you faced a challenge and what you did to overcome it?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
