Manager was friendly, asked questions about why I want to work at Tesco and a couple of standard interview questions and gave the opportunity to ask questions of my own. Offered a trial shift but I couldn’t attend.

A single interview consisting of only three fairly common interview questions followed by the opportunity to ask any questions of your own. Compared to other recruitment processes I have experienced it had less components.

face to face, and in the store where the manager was very kind and respectful towards me and i had a fantastic experience speaking with her about my experience and knowledge about the job
Stood at till packing bags interacting with customers while interviewer wandered off. Then was contacted to say I didn’t get the job. Wasn’t great and didn’t get a good vibe
