I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tesco (Belfast, Northern Ireland)
Interview
If shortlisted for an interview you're called in to a pretty basic interview. You're in a room with two people, one note taker and one person questioning you and they alternate every question. All the questions centre around the 5 Tesco leadership skills and your retail experience. Most questions take a sort of "Can you explain a time when you..." kind of format. So just come up with a few scenarios of your own amazing customer service and a couple of things to talk about for all the leadership skills :) they'll also ask the basic questions about your availability and your values and were you see yourself in 5 years
