Interview
I attended a 1 on 1 interview and was asked 5 questions. The lady who interviewed me was very nice and made me feel at ease. In addition to the questions she asked me to fill in a health form and a time available form. She also photocopied my Passport and my proof of NI number. I had no previous experience in Retail but this wasn't a problem at all. They are just looking for friendly people who have a smile and are willing to work hard.

Have you ever had to change your behaviour depending on who you are talking to?
Tell me about a time when you have had to take a different role as part of a team.
Have you ever had to change your behaviour because of a person's cultural or religious background?
Have you suffered a setback? What did you do to over come it? Did you show your emotions to others?
Have you ever had to follow a rule or procedure that you didn't agree with? What did you do? What happened in the end?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
