The online application consists of an online test asking you about what you would do in different scenarios.
If successful you will then be called in for an interview which is very easy.
They then show you around the store and monitor how you work.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
