I applied online. and completed online screening. I was then invited to a group interview. We were given some tasks to do as a group. I was then taken onto shop floor and paired with someone at checkouts before 1-2-1 interview.
Good interview they asked questions about the other guy who was in the sun and the other guy who was in the sun and the other guy who was in the sun and the differences between me too and the differences between me or whatever you do
Very easy extremely relaxing environment and great team of people to meet. Wouldn’t have thought I was in an interview. But great experience. Tesco should be proud of there interview process
