Interview
Straight forward and speedy. Friendly staff and very quick to respond to queries. Short staffed and management get stressed. Not replacing staff when leaving. Budgets are cut. The staff pull together to help each other
A single interview consisting of only three fairly common interview questions followed by the opportunity to ask any questions of your own. Compared to other recruitment processes I have experienced it had less components.

Describe a time you have worked successfully in a team
face to face, and in the store where the manager was very kind and respectful towards me and i had a fantastic experience speaking with her about my experience and knowledge about the job

Stood at till packing bags interacting with customers while interviewer wandered off. Then was contacted to say I didn’t get the job. Wasn’t great and didn’t get a good vibe
