The Interviewing Manager was very friendly. I was asked four questions regarding customer service. Things like have I ever gone above and beyond for a customer. The Interview lasted around 20 minutes.

Short, straightforward interview with easy questions and a smooth process. Friendly, welcoming staff created a comfortable atmosphere, making the experience enjoyable. Overall, it was a positive and well-handled interview process.
Firstly, I was asked for all the necessary documents for check. Then a few questions were asked. Later I was walked through the whole process of what happens if I get hired. It was very comfortable, almost like you're having a casual conversation with a colleague.

Very straightforward I wasn’t sure what they would ask as it’s an easy job but basic knowledge is minimal. Have a basic level of English, understanding law and having common sense is key
