Very standard job application process with interviews being in line with expectations of that of the retail sector. Questions about past experience and future aims/ goals etc. Also did small group team building task followed by a short period of facing up on the shop floor.
Applied online then completed an online multiple choice test, and then a week later I had an in person interview with the store manager. Overall a quick and simple process.

Tell us about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer
The interview was with one individual and thus it was a more chilled environment than other interviews. It also consisted of only one stage rather than multiple interviews with different individuals across the shop.
The interview was engaging and welcoming, with thoughtful questions and a friendly atmosphere. I felt valued and happy, leaving confident about the role and excited for the job ahead. I would recommend the experience to anyone.
