Interview
Got a phone call after about a week of applying, got called in for a group interview 3 days after. Was asked some competency questions about previous work scenarios, asked about Tesco and what I know and then my availability. Then there was a group exercise at the end which leaned toward communication and how well we can talk and communicate effectively with each other.

Describe a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer and what was the outcome?
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
Easy breezy, answer why you want to work there and they give you scenario questions which are easy to provide narrative on. Just use your initiative and they will hire you
