I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tesco (London, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Codility then face to face with system design questions, coding exercise, char with hr. The office in London looks more like a startup which is fine for people who like that environment. I didn't like the location.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tesco (Budapest) in Sep 2024
Interview
1. HR interview on phone. 2. Technical interview - this is live coding. I did not have much luck. The first 15 minutes I reinstalled my Teams app, which did not want to show my screen. It was very embarrassing. But after all the handicap the task itself seemed fine and solvable. I needed to write down a data structure and methodology of different products and cart. 3. Leadership interview - this was a behavioural interview, with lot of questions about your personality and how you acted at your previous work places. 4. System design. - I could not get until here. All in all it was a quick process even if it had many rounds. They scheduled every rounds in a week in advance, but we canceled the last one, when I was not let to mov forward to System design interview. Again I would not recommend taking part in interview process where you really do not want to work. They are just waste of time for the interviewer and the interviewee and it could go a disaster.
