Emailed about a group interview in store.
Group interview 1 hour - teamwork- build a tower above 6ft
then 1 on 1 question with manager- extra mile for customer.

Describe a time you went an extra mile for a customer
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
