Excellent process really good system. Thanks again and good job for your work on this one too. Smooth, formal process. I felt very we’ll respected and wouldn’t hesitate to apply again.
Short. A few questions, including one asking for a time when I’d shown ‘empathy’. I think they were mainly evaluating people skills, friendliness, and the like. No silly tests. A very short question about previous work, but they didn’t dive very deep. Also some general chit chat.
Went along to Tesco, met with a group of around 8 other people. Filled in some forms, went round in a circle answering questions. Then had 30 minutes having a taster of what work we would be doing.
