Tesco Merchandiser interview questions

Relaxed, read from a set question sheet, which only contained about 8 questions. My answers were written in the boxes on the sheet. The process Felt quite unorganised in general as the interviewer wasn’t aware of the process before reading the sheet.

Group interview and team build. Followed by a short 1 to 1 interview with a manager. The group interview was basically asking generic questions to a group. Team build was the 5 of us making a bridge out of paper and paper clips. With criteria to follow. Was very good fun and relaxed.
