I applied online. I interviewed at Tesco (York, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
Not very structures and informal The person I met was quiet young and very pleasant. There were quite a few people waiting to go in and answer questions which was a little strange
In person interview with the manager of the shop and lasted around 15 minutes. The interview was in person and after it was completed and I was offered the job there was online training to complete
Very odd role play scenarios and uncomfortable role play scenarios, which were very awkward and felt unrelated to the actual position applied for. I don't like role play, it is a very false environment to be part of.
