Tesco Software Development Engineer II interview questions

Leadership + Coding + System Design Feedback is in a form that recruiter read what interviewers wrote. Some their notes were not professional, such as 'run out of examples even though prepared' (had ~4 situations prepared, better 0 I guess), I was told it was OK to google or use stack overflow but if I did, it was in my feedback as well. System design was difficult so I expected it may went bad. Overall they do not look for discussion / collaboration. Interviewers job was to pinpoint your flaws. Also I think that for leadership part they do not know what to assess hence strange feedback
