Interview
1. Basic talk with HR, simple personal questions about CV and english test 2. Half hour technical screening with basic software/java development questions: Hashmap, REST, testing If you pass these then the real interview process begins with 3 rounds, in random order, with developers and leaders from around their offices: 3. Coding interview(1h): Design and code a function basically with interface and a few model classes simulating a shopping order or something like that. They don't help you much and the exercise has low amount of information, you should also do testing for it. The amount of time for this round is really low. 4. System Design interview(1.5h): Design a distributed application of shopping cart, first they are asking low level design of classes, entities then they are interested if you learnt your homework about tradeoffs and other aspects of SD. 5. Behavioral interview: Soft skill testing with a manager, asking for situations, examples of behavior from your work experience. At the end of all the interviews you have 10-15 mins of asking questions to them but they will not work in your office so no relevant questions about that.
