Interview
Firstly you will have questions to answer online, multiple choice. Basically you always put the customer first. The interview was informal and chatty. You can wear casual/smart clothes. They asked me to talk about myself and then why I wanted the job, how flexible I am.

They asked me to tell them about myself and about any customer service experience.
Simple, informal, quick get to know you, lots about customer service. Fairly relaxed. Lasted about 20 minutes. I didn't have any retail experience and that wasn't dwelt upon a lot. Lots of talk about transferable skills.
