Standard online application process then was invited to online tests. Then I was invited to the assessment centre which was a half-day event split into writing task, interview and group exercise. Standard interview questions (non-technical), and group exercise to discuss a topic together and reach conclusions within a time-limit. Unfortunately I never received a reply after taking the assessment centre, despite being told many times I would receive a response within three days for the second technical interview. It has been many months now and after three emails I have received no response so I assume the role has been filled. Unfortunately no feedback is given either despite being told we would at the assessment centre.
