This review refers to Thales Services SAS, it is a branch of Thales Group that provides consultants to Thales and other external clients, like an SSII. I applied to a generic advertisement published on a website.
First contact with RH, that explains how they are different from other SSII. No technical question, nor explanation about the mission, nor the client.
After more than one month, a technical interview via telephone with an Engineer, whose only target is to test your skills and see if there is a match with one of its clients (again, no mention about the real job you are going to do). The Engineer was competent in its questions, and acted in a professional way.
After that, no answer, I had to contact them to have an answer.

L'entretien était dans le cadre du programme de rétention de stagiaires de fin d'étude.
Ce programme permet à l'entreprise de conserver les "meilleurs" stagiaires dierctement en CDI pour renforcer les équipes. Cela permet d'ailleurs à l'entreprise de rajeunir ses effectifs. Le processus est donc différent d'une embauche externe et bien moins complexe (DRH spécialisé, rencontre directe avec le manager, etc.).
