Two day superday, first day had a group case study on healthcare, second day was three rounds of back-to-back, 45 minute interviews. Feedback I got was that my leadership style did not fit with company culture.
The interview was a set of questions. The first round was over the phone and the second round is in person. The phone interview is difficult and is a set of questions mostly about your own experiences.

The interviewer is really nice. She is really chill. The questions are standard behavioral questions. It's all about your resume and also be sure to do a detailed research about cigna.
