I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Colorado Springs, CO)
Interview
Applied online and received text from recruiter several days later to set up a time for an an online interview. Interviewed online with the recruiter a week later and he gave me amazing feedback as well as tips for my next interview with a claims supervisor. Interviewed with a claims supervisor a week later and all went very well, I was asked a series of behavioral questions as well as questions about my work history. I received an email the following week telling me they went with someone else for the position. I was actually very surprised as I felt the the interview with the supervisor went really well. Overall it was an awesome learning experience that I feel helped me prepare for other positions and interviews.

A long of Interview process that begins with an initial screening call then another interview that's more extensive etc. and Pre-employment process takes a bit of time with the background checks which is very extensive from my experience
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Bengaluru) in Apr 2026
Interview
I was referred through a friend.
And on the next day i had to give the in office interview.
I was fully prepared and the interview went very good. the interviewer was impressed by my answer and it was evident enough.
by the end of the interview the interviewer did ask me about the person who refer me and about the CTC that i last had in my previous organization. and just then Interviewers face went low and he became serious for no reason. though he was talking to me professionally, but he was a bit skeptical and was asking me unnecessary question that was not even related to the role or the process.
Later the only reason why they rejected my application was because my previous package was higher then what they had a budget for this role.
I agreed with the offer, but still they were concerned as the the interviewer had a very off mindset with the person who referred me.
and without giving any feed back, they just kept an email stating that my profile doesn't aligns with the requirement.
and technically i have 4+ years of experience in Customer Consultant for B2C, B2B and C2B customers with SaaS and Telecom tools.
I felt very bad, as they really bought there own personal agenda in between a candidate and the job the candidate is applying for.
I had a phone screen with a virtual interview it was easy and more of a get to know you interview. The interview process was an easy process. she only asked me 5 situational questions
