The interview process was actually very easy. I had an assessment Then a phone screen which was about 30 mins Then a video interview with 2 supervisor for the department I would have joined. I was even given an offer with 24 hours. HOWEVER, they rescinded their offer because I worked for Express Scripts in 2009. Apparently my previous supervisor with ESI put me as job abandonment when I became homeless and had no choice but to move out of state. It is sad because I am more than qualified for this role, and because Express scripts supervisor LIED to me 15 years ago making it seem like I would be eligible for rehire, SHE PUT ME IN DIFFERENT now I can never work for Cigna or ANY of their Affiliates. SO, if you are someone who indicate you worked for their affiliate make sure you reiterate it. Also, if your married and changed your last name let them know that during the job interview before the offer. I really wish I did get this position and that something from when I was a homeless 19 year old child would have not impacted their decision today
