The Culinary Edge interview questions

The interview process was a bit disjointed but involved a phone interview, in person interview with the hiring manager and HR. The next steps were a paid work case as well as interview with the broader team. However after expressing extreme interest in me as a candidate both verbally in the interview as well as in follow up emails I was told, during an awkward conversation with HR, that the role had been put on hold and to follow up with them in a few months but that they didn't know how a woman with children, like myself, would handle the workload of the role because of the 30% travel involved. I was so shocked by the comment that I defended myself and explained how I would make it work rather than call them out for discrimination. Of course, as expected, when I followed up in the appropriate time frame I received no response.
