A bit disorganized - one interviewer was late and interview fridge was empty so they had to run to cafeteria and buy water for candidates. The role was a bait-and-switch; the recruiter and hiring manager described the role as a manager with a team of 4, but the interviewers explained it was an individual contributor role with potential support from 1 shared analyst. I encourage interviewers to confirm job postings clearly with this company prior to coming in for an on-site, as it would have saved everyone a lot of time and effort if the role had been presented clearly from the beginning.
