I was contacted by the recruiter. I was than contacted again to have an interview date scheduled. I than had a interview with the hiring manger. Each contact made me feel at easy and very informative.

How comfortable am I speaking with general public?
Usually about 2 takes prob a month all together . First talent acquisition team member calls you. Then 2nd interview is usually the Manager of the department you applied for.
