The interview process was cut and dry. I did a 15-20 minute phone interview with an HR associate in the corporate office (MA), she was really nice and engaging. I interviewed and as promised, the HR associate followed up the following week (4 candidates, 1 position, I didn't get it).
My face to face interview was with 3/4 managers or company associates. My first 1:1 was with the Ops Manager and was really dry, but an okay interview. I knew after meeting with her I wouldn't move forward after that day. It was just something about her drilling approach and line of questions. I'm a great interviewee and do not bs my way through them.
I met with 2 more gentlemen, both engaging and inviting and full of information with their approach. When I met with the 3rd interviewer, I was advised the 4th person was not going to be available to meet with me, though she was in the office. No worries. I'd interview again because I did get a good feel from their staff. I believe the ops manager just had a cold disposition, not good or bad. No excuses, but I believe interviewing with her last, a different tone may have been set. After meeting with her first, I believe she "put out the word" not interested.
